3.1 Prices for products and services are as quoted and are subject to change without notice.
3.2 All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
4.1 Payment terms are specified on our invoices and must be adhered to.
4.2 Payments are due in full upon receipt of invoice unless credit terms have been agreed upon in writing.
5.1 Delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed.
5.2 AllPrima powder coating shall not be liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control.
6.1 AllPrima powder coating warrants that our coatings shall conform to specifications agreed upon.
6.2 Warranty claims must be made within a specified period from the date of delivery, as detailed in our warranty policy.
7.1 All intellectual property rights in relation to our products and services remain the property of allPrima powder coating.
8.1 Our liability for any loss or damage arising out of the provision of our products or services shall be limited to the invoice value of the products or services in question.
9.1 AllPrima powder coating reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments will be effective upon posting on our website or other notice to you
10.1 If any provision of these terms and conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
